I was very recently a tenant of a property managed by Park Glen. If I find myself in a situation in which I need to rent again I would make every effort to find a property they managed. Communication and response to concerns were excellent. When we had an internet issue, we were contacted on Sunday to start the ball rolling on a fix. When the A/C went out during the summer, they jumped through hoops until there was a resolution. They were very fair when determining our deposit refund. They don't always answer their phone, but ALWAYS got back to me timely. Seriously, what more do you want?
